The Wharf has a strict Credit Card Policy due to the potential of incidentals. We believe that guests should not have to endure a deposit or have a multi-day hold on their credit card creating more of a cost to enjoying a great day on the water.
In the unfortunate event that damage has occurred, there must be financial accountability from the guest renting. We achieve this by only accepting Credit Cards to be on file as a payment.

CREDIT CARDS ONLY, Debit Cards & Cash are Not Accepted. Guests will be subject to the Credit Card Policy on the day of the rental.

RESERVATIONS:
THE WHARF REQUIRES all guests to check in 20 minutes early of their scheduled reservation in order to fill out waivers & to receive instruction on all equipment. If guests are not checked in 20 minutes early, The Wharf can not guarantee guest's scheduled time. The Wharf is not responsible if guests are late for a reserved time. The Wharf will try its best to accommodate all guests to receive their full times. Guests are not guaranteed their full time if they miss their pre check-in time.

THE WHARF'S WAVERUNNERS, PONTOON BOATS & RUN ABOUT RENTALS:
CANCELLATION POLICY / REFUNDS
Guests must cancel 24 hours or more in advance of their reservation day in order to receive full refund minus the $49 to cover the cost of Cancellation Protection. A 50% refund of the reservation total if canceled within 24 Hours. 0% refund if no call no show or cancelation the day of reservation.
RENTALS ARRIVING AFTER THEIR SCHEDULED RETURN TIME WILL BE CHARGED $100 PER 10 MINUTES LATE FEE.
WEATHER:
On Hourly & Multi Hour (with a max of 9 Hours) rentals guests will receive a 100% refund minus $49 to cover the cost of Cancellation Protection, if on the day of the rental before departure The Wharf determines unsafe conditions due to weather.
Windy, Overcast, Cloudy or Cold Predicted Weather does not apply. The Wharf is not accountable for any wind or weather that may hinder guests' use of the equipment. The Wharf has both a Northern & Southern Departure Dock to accommodate for any wind direction and intensity for a safe departure and returnal. Once guests depart the dock, guests are bound financially to their reserved rental time.
DELIVERY:
Delivery is only available for 3-day & greater rental periods. Due to insurance, guests are NOT allowed to haul motorized equipment - all boats/waverunners must either be picked up via water or guests must schedule a delivery. Complimentary delivery is offered to public ramps up to 30 minutes from The Wharf. Additional fees will apply for Direct to Dock service and/or additional delivery time outside of the 30 minute radius.
PETS:
Dogs ARE allowed. There is a per dog fee of $60.00 for dogs under 25 lbs and $100.00 for dogs above 25 lbs. Dogs may NOT be left unattended in a guest's vehicle. If a guest's dog causes an excessive mess and requires a deep clean, an additional $100 fee will apply. Guests with their Credit Card on file for the rental will be financially responsible for any damage caused by the dog to the rented equipment. Service Dogs are always welcome aboard free of charge.
CAPACITY:
Guests should read carefully when selecting the boat they would like to rent and abide by the maximum number of passengers listed for that particular boat. The Wharf does not make exceptions; the maximum number of passengers is in fact the maximum that The Wharf will allow. With that being said, every person on the boat counts - even an infant counts as a person. This is a Federal USCG Law.
REQUIREMENTS:
Any guest who will be taking financial responsibility for the equipment and any guest who will be operating must meet the following requirements:
ADDITIONAL FUEL:
Guests are responsible for paying for any additional gas, minus the original tank of fuel that is included in the price.
DAMAGE/MISSING EQUIPMENT:
Guests who are financially responsible for the rented equipment will be subject the following liabilities:
Pontoon Boats / Run About Boats: Damage will be surveyed and quoted by Long Lake Marina, LLC in Naples, Maine. The Wharf will pass along the charges directly to the guests. The Wharf has the right to charge guests for lost days of future rentals until repaired and back in service.
Mechanical issues caused by guests, including but not limited to removing articles from the prop (Ropes, Etc.) will be charged a Labor Rate of $125 per hour.
Jet Skis: $100 Per Square Inch will be charged for any damage to the fiberglass of the unit or units rented if not punctured fully through. $150 Per Square Inch will be charged for any damage if there is a puncture through the fiberglass of the unit or units rented. The Wharf has the right to charge guests for lost days of future rentals until repaired and back in service.
Mechanical issues caused by guests, including but not limited to removing articles from the jet intake or impeller (Rocks, Ropes, Etc.) will be charged a Labor Rate of $125 per hour.
Other Equipment: We will assess the damage and see whether the damage is greater to fix or replace the piece of equipment.
Missing Equipment: Any missing equipment (safety equipment, accessories, etc.) will be charged the replacement cost.

H207 WAKE ACADEMY:
*ATTENTION!!*: Dingley's Wharf, LLC leases a slip to H207 Wake Academy, LLC for all Wake & Ski Academy activities. H207 Wake Academy is in no part owned, operated or in relation to Dingley's Wharf, LLC.
*All rates include the following: Boat, Driver, Fuel, Equipment and of course, Instructions!
*H207 Wake Academy does NOT provide a spotter which is required by law. If guests plan to participate alone, please make sure to bring someone who enjoys boat rides!
PETS: Pets are not allowed at this time.

GENERAL COMPANY POLICIES:
Anyone under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol will not be able to operate and/or participate. If the group decides to cancel, 50% of the reservation price will be held.
If a guest operates in a reckless manner and/or outside of the law or rules in the given training, The Wharf at its discretion may pull the key and end a guest's rental early. There will be NO refund.

🐾 We highly recommend Dog Floatation Jackets for all breeds and sizes.
